pls can someone tell me....if my mp5 show white screen....what means??

i also need help because i dont know how exactly i can put a firmware on him....pls help i'm noob..

is an mp5 rockchip RK2706

need an image of the player please, mp5 means nothing

well this is a non standard rk2706 player and there will be spare firmware for it im afraid, you can not just load any firmware

white screen needs fixing with a firmware refresh, this is a sign of a faulty, unfinished firmware and will happen again,

best thing to do is get in touch with the company you bought it from and get an exchange

but i cant, just repair it?because i have this mp5 from a friend....so i cant get in touch with the company....
