help dead camera / mp4 player

hi i have a digital camera with mp3/mp4 player ,,,but lost the software disk , now when i hook it up i just get usb disk on the screen .....i opened it up and all i see on the board is QM-8000 FX-M94v-0E302625 0729 Bob 20061016 V 3.22 ..please i need help
