dead mp4/mp5 player

i have Sunplus chipset SPMP3052A Mp4/mp5 player .Tt's dead and when I connect it to the computer the greed led lights is glow but nothing happens on my computer and no devices are detected if i disconnect it to pc then green led is off plz send me the problem solution how i fix it.

look for the bootmode button switch,long press it before inserting to pc,wait for that cling sound of pc(when you hear it,it means that it is recognise by pc),use frm pro.look for corrupted files then restore with good files,then flash .it is better if you have someone to look on your device,battery sometimes causes this failure
