plzzzzz help me

hi all
i have mp4 player 2g
model:hm-1221b
biso numper is : 3221-mlc-sp1-9320-5408-h v8.9
and this photo

i have problem whith it
he give me blue screan and write
"insert usb line and press up to uspdisk press down to formating pres other key to bios"

and i press al thing just give me on screen masseg
"bios 3221-mlc-sp1-9320-5408-h v8.9 "

plzz help me what i can do to repar it
