Default ah...just another dead player

My mp4 is dead and when i try to put a firmware it says downloading main program or something like that i waited for 30 min and nothing happend it just stood there what should i do??

ok soo i'll try but a guy send me some more thinks i'll upload a firmware,mp3restore program and something for VoIP
