Hi,
I am having the similar problem as you face. Did you find a solution??

My MP4 Player (PRO1 - PMP/Digital Camers) has stopped working.
When I put it on I get the message "BIOS 3221-9320-MLV V7.1"
thyereafter I cannot switch off but have to press the reset button and it switches off.
I live in Sri Lanka and so far none of the companies have agreed to repair although am sure this is not a complicated matter.
Is there anyone in the world who can help me fix it, please?????
Thanks/ Jamshid
