Cant install firmware. Need help!

I have semi dead mp4. I did what was recommended according the guide above and did install mp4 as ADFU device. But when im trying to install firmware the using MP3 Player Utility it gives me the massage “Device switching fail. Reconnect the device please!”. Done it several times, same result.
What should I do?

PS MP4 screen shows blue background with hourglass placed horizontally. Nothing else.

If you get the hourglass, at least it means the firmware you're putting on is probably the right one. Try a different version of MP3 player utility.

Also, post board ID and CPU of the player.

Here is the link on my topic where you can see all the parameters of my MP4. I am trying to put in the firm where from original disk that came with player (finally found it). But it wont let me as i stated above. Also hourglass is not position vertically like it normally would but horizontally.
