Just can't get my firmware to load

Good Lord this thing is giving me trouble!


Model No. 7SI-1
Installed as Actions HS flash drive at first. Got that worked out so it installs as ADFU

So got this 1 gb player with an actions chipset. Can't find an actual brand on the thing anywhere except for a chip when I popped it open(I'm assuming the memory) Samsung 901. Comes with a utilities CD so I pop it in and go to update the firmware with the included tool and the included firmware. Lo and behold it bricks the damn thing. Tried the whole tutorial thing, still nothing.

here's the error log, tells me invalid firmware. I've tried every version included, also tried the Full3.5.35.bin same log everytime

I'm assuming that the prog I'm using to load the firmware is at fault and could really use a point in the right direction. Either that or this thing is a P.O.S.

Open it and post board ID and CPU.

Try a different version of MP3 player Utilities.
