Default 8 gb dead player

Hello all,

I have joined the long list of people with dead mp4 players.
I bought mine on ebay and have never had the claimed 8 Gb out of it.
I tried to delete some folders using windows explorer so as to create more directory space.
As a result of my last 'edit', the player only shows the hour glass.
My player has a wrap-around aluminium case so it's not so easy to get inside (as per recovery instructions)
I would upload a picture of it, but I don't know how to do that (when I click image it reports that I didn't provide a url), I'll just paste my desktop shortcut ->

Any information welcome

Cheerfull Charlie

The memory really is 8 Gb as reported by Media Player and Windows Explorer

Sorry about the inaccessible short cut, but it asked me for the url so I entered it. How does one add an image attchment?

hi charlie, you can not tell it real 8gb by what you see on the screen. you need to put 8gb file into it, if it still works well, then it is real
