so about the problem ,a make that thig tur on normaly acouple of times,
but after a formtred it to FAT or FAT32, not remember , it sometime turn on with glassclock, somtime no sceen at all, and yes it reconies as ADFU device. so i dont know if it's firmware or hardware,
the firmware was : 9.1.52 AK1052_radio ,that string i think ,
it loocks like 3GEN iphone ,the maker is IKO ,again it from israel,
so i need help

Probably hardware, especially the flash chip might be developing bad blocks in the first 4 blocks (the boot records). The boot loader loops until it can successfully verify all 4 of them, so if any one starts giving read errors it will keep trying to "repair" by erasing and rewriting them.
