Help me recover my MP4 player stuck at Loading screen.....

I have a 1 GB mp4 player as shown below:

I am unable to figure out how to recover this ?? Pls. help me out...

Board ID and CPU?

I am unable to find it the only chip I was able to see was Samsung 804 shown in the picture above, cant we figure out BOARD ID/CPU from looking at the product bcoz its similar on all MP4's of same structure ??

The software CD contains these two folder :

ANYKA
3050--3052

Can this be helpful ??

you have to open the front part of the player,the control chip(cpu) is the big square one, it can be under the lcd,and maybe the board id is located on that side too.
