Default Dead pmp player

Hai,
I had, 2 weeks ago bought a pmp player that turned dead.

Dead pmp recovery

My pmp is exactly like the one discussed about in the solution. But the solution is not helping me much.

The link to download necessary tools to fix up the pmp is no longer working. I'm having problems with the vdk, it doesn't install or run.
I'm using a compaq 3424au laptop that has come preloaded with vista.

Could you please give me other alternatives to vdk?
Please upload for me the correct firmware and all other tools with details & instructions needed to fix this pmp.

I'm in great need of your help to fix ths pmp.
Please help.

Atleast, post the pc cam drivers for this pmp.

Thanks.

Default How to fix this pmp?

I had bought a pmp that looks like this:
http://i39.tinypic.com/2ekks8y.jpg

But I cannot find the right firmware for it. When I connect it to my laptop, there appear two removable drives. One if tried to access says, "Plase insert a Removable disk (F".
I tried formatting the other and then tried to upload the firmwae through FRM Pro. When i hit Dev detect begin, the log window shows:"
No Device Detected !
--------------------- Dev Detect End -------------------- "

When i hit ISP, or get RSV, it shows no device detected.

Please give me links for the correct firmware, tools and details to fix this pmp.

Please tell me the right methord to upload the firmware. I'm currently using Vista Home basic on a Compaq v3424 au laptop.

It's my firsttime in firmware and I really need help.
Thank you.
