Mp4 Ipod Touch Lookalike Cracked screen

My Mp4 Ipod Touch Look-Alike Has A Cracked Screen, And The Touchscreen Isnt Working Properly,

Touchscreen Hasnt Worked Properly Since I Bought It, But It's A Lot Worse Now,

Anyway To Fix This?
