Dead Player ak1025 board QY-037FVO-M PCBO

I have a dead player right now. It currently shows a blue screen with the egg timer on it. I have opened it up and have several numbers. It is an eight gb generic mp3/mp4 player with radio. It looks like the,

cpu is ak1025
Samsung 916
K9GAG08UOM
PCBO
the board numbers are QY-037FVO-M

The player looks like this one, and says mp4 on the front, (It looks like it may be a generic Avision)



I tried following the dead player procedure but I have no ADFU file on my computer and really do not know what to do now beyond this. I have never had a dead player before and am really at a loss as to what to do now.

You mean it doesn't let you download the file or the download doesn't work?

When I try to open the link in my browser I get a page error where the page timed out,

I have also tried to save the link as and download that way but I get the error that I am not able to save a rar file

Also, once I do download firmware I am still not sure what to do with it since my mp4 player still registers as a USB device on my computer and I cannot use it as and adfu device since those files are not on my computer.

Edit: I was able to register it as an adfu device and got my mp3 upgrade tool working. I now just need a link that I can actually open for my firmware then I should be okay
