2,8" mp4 player with touchscreen freeze

Hey guys, at first thank you for support!
I hope you can understand my english (it seems to be bad)

I have an MP4 player bought nearly 9 month ago.
At first everything works (not great, but what else you can estimate from a chinese fake )

No i found it in a moving box, tried to start it but the OS freeze at startup

The CPU is an Anyka AK 3631, backwards it is an Samsung 840 inside...

i cant enter the f**** bios, to flash a new firmware

even i dont see the device in windows explorer (after i connect via usb and while holding play or vol it was found as M3CHIP USB- but i have to instal the driver manually, and it also not shown as mass storage or else in win explorer)

please help me getting into the bios.

I have the same problem but I have a newer version of the player the one that has nes roms, camera, fm, calendar etc. If anybody could help us it will be greatly appreciated. I've been trying to do a short on the memory to see if the pc can find the player but no luck. My player is death and I can't downoad the firmware because the computer does not recognize the player. Specs are as follows:
ANYKA AK3631LQ14402 FS03J8
Board: TV1E568_v3 1 2009/02/18
K9HCG08U 1M x 2 (has two of these)
K4S281632D TC1L

I don't know how to do the short or to what chip do I do the short to. somebody help please

same problem on that chip but this player has only one samsung 901(k9hcg08u)

in this forum: MP4 Players ANYKA chip **RE-UPDATED **, here it sais much from ANYKA chips but not much from AK3631..

if some one gets anything please help us=(

try to drain full battery of your player and then format it with pc and then recharge it
