my JXD Player is dead , i press " VOL + " and i put usb at same time the PC detect "unknown USB Device"
i try updating driver it's doesn't work ,i know it the problem of firmware but i can't do this please help me .
and i want the upgreating tool for PMP player and some firmware my board ID JXD 685E v1221.
