please can you attach pic of your mp5 players maybe i can help i have found some softwares which can recover firmware from atj2137n chipsets but i cannot extract my own firmware as i have flashed it with wrong firmware so please if you got atj2137n mp5 then show us its pic so then i can find you a recovery software.
