need Help IPOD clone FREEZES. chip: AK1025 board: QY-164F-V1

hi,

i had ipod clone that freeze on hour glass...

chip: AK1025
board: QY-164F-V1
lcd: CM70038ACT6-00

has any1 could share link for:

1. DRIVER (my pc needs Device driver when i connect thru USB)
2. SOftware utilities (for flashing)
3. recommended fIRMWARE
