My MP4 player stuck on "loading" blue screen

i have mp4 player and when i switch on this ,appears only "loading" in a blue screen and it becomes stuck. i can't connect the device to any computer via usb. SO PLEASE HELP ME><<<<<<<<<

Please upload y0ur mp4 ph0to.. Try to download FRM 1.2.0.8.. Then connect y0ur mp4 via b0ot m0de or camera m0de.. Look in the h0le of headph0ne if theres a hidden switch.. If it have.. Switch it using testprobe.. While h0lding this butt0n c0nnect y0ur mp4 to pc.. Then Install driver.. After that.. Backup y0ur firmware using FRM Pro.. Then edit it with the c0rrupted files.

Hi there,
I goit this kind of Mp4 player.
Today I turned on but its not working.

Only shows me blue screen and loading icon and turn off and tu on.
Please help mw what to do.
