Smile Try this

Hey buddy

Got the same problem

First of all uninstall everything related to your mpx player

then follow this after dowloading mp3 player utilities version 10.00

the location of adfuupdate.ini will be c:/program files/mp3 player utitlities 10/ mp3 upgrade tool/ drivers/

Step 1 : Download s1res from the link below:
http://www.s1mp3.de/dl/s1res_v41_win32_setup.exe

Step 2 : Install s1res v4.1 in your PC (if asked for driver confirmation) click
on continue anyway

Step 3 : Connect your Device (Player) to PC using the USB connector

Step 4 : Open s1res, Click on File>Import Firmware

Step 5 : Save the firmware to the selected destination

Step 6 : Wait for s1res to extract and save the firmware and open it up.

Step 7 : Once opened save the firmware once again using File>Save As

Step 8 : Upload the firmware and kindly update me as well.

Hope it works out for you. My player is dead so I desperately need a firmware.
9.1.54 if you find it let me know

contact me in case u face any problems

Regards.....
Prince

The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.
