Mp4 4th gen ipod fake hourglass freeze
 

Hello, I'm new to this forum, congratulations for completeness.
here's my problem, I bought on ebay a type ipod mp4 player, uploading songs suddenly appeared and the hourglass on the computer the message "connection error".
From that moment I tried to restart, a full discharge and recharge the battery, reconnect the player to the pc, but same result
hourglass fixed on the player, and message "unknown device" to your computer, the Ebay seller is not responding. HELP:confused:
