Can you explain more when you say "goes dead"? You mean when you plug it into your computer, it doesn't get detected by Windows? Does your player play normally?
well when it is not plugged in the player runs fine but like if its on and i plug it into the computer it just goes to a black screen which i believe is off, and the computer does not detect it, i have tried it on 3 different computers with using two different cables
When i plug it into my player it just goes dead
