Press on music and it opens Game. Most of the other menus don't work

Hi guys,

I've got a problem with my MP4. I bought it a few weeks from now. I formated it because my computer was unable to access to the memory and since then, when I press on music on the touch screen, it opens the game. Most of the other menus do not work. You think you can help me?

Is there a reset button on the side of your player? See if you can find it as it your player probably needs a reset.

I tried it many times and it does not change anything. Oh and by the way, like four days from now, it worked perfectly. The MP4 I bought looks like this :
