Rockchip 2606a player
I'm hot sure that my mp4 player is dead. If i connect usb to my player, all work normal. But i cant switch off player normaly. Only by switcher. I can't switch on this normally (long hold "play" button), only by switcher. And my player have 3 sensor button: next, M, prev. All this button is not work.

I think that this is a problem of soft. And may be if i do hard reset this will be work? But i cant find RESET button.
Player is Shivaki A3 Media player.
