Dead Newsmy/Newman Manman A5 Please help

DAMMNIT!!!!

ive got a real screwed problem with my manman A5, it turns on with only showing a black screen, also when its plugged into PC i cannot access the flash drive, all it says is "please insert a disc into drive " and shows up as drive I . accessing the hidden partition is a no no unless theirs another way. i had gotten the red screen problem before and it became an easy fix but now its really bricked.

it could be a possible fix with consumer update if i could get a copy of the firmware for this player as .rfw (rockchip firmware) format, but with the lack of customer support from Newsmy, its bloody hard to find
