mitone mitmp22 mp4 hangs and doesn't open menu

hey everybody,
last month i bought an mp4 player from the free duty market in frankfurt (mitone mitmp22 4GB)...so i remember last month i was transferring some songs to my mp4 palyer and when i removed the mp4 player off the pc...i wanted it to turn it on...so what happened then...is that...first of all it appeared the screen of the slogan of the company....and it hanged there...it doesnt open on the menu screen or anything...even when i connect it through usb the same thing happens and my computer and many other computer detect it as an unknown device...so i cant have an access to my mp4 at all...

plzzzzz guys...i lost the manual of this mp4 player...if u have it can u look up the manual 4 me and see the solution for this problem or take picture for the errors and solutions page that would be great.

plzzzzzzzzz i havent used it for a month now...and aloooooooooooot of songs are on my mp4 player....plzzzzzz help me!!!

Without knowing what your player looks like, is there a RESET button anywhere on your player? Any chance of you contacting the seller about the problem and getting it exchanged? Failing that, you may have to RECOVERY your player as even your computer doesn't recognise your player.

Can you post more information about your player or take photos of it?

hey there, unfortunately, there's no reset button on the player and the seller, no i cant contact it coz i bought it from the free duty shop in frankfurt and i'm now in the uk, but wait yesterday i found the cd of the mp4 player but guess wut?!! yesterday i found the cd of the mp4 player and it contains the driver of the mp4...but unfortunately if i want to install the driver i will have to use a windows 98!!! coz it only works on windows 98!!! the driver is called : Rockusb driver ...do u know where can i get the same driver but works on xp or vista????
