write protected,blank screen
 

my bro tried to upgrade my chinese mp3 player...but it has become write protected . the screen only shows light and the buttons dont work...it is being recognised by my comp but cant delete or add coz of write protection...i need a firmware that can put my mp3 back to normal..or atleast remove the write protection...near the battery there is some thing written:
2007HB-FM252891

there are no screws and no reset button..there is a hold button..but as i said the button are confused..
plz help
