Can you post more information on this so we can upload it to our site please? If it works, would be great to share it with everyone else as well. I just don't want to see your upload disappear or get deleted by Megaupload that's all.

According to @waldopulanco universal firmware doesn't support SK613B, and is designated to a little bit different type of processor, but I'll try. I have nothing to loose...

Delete all files from A\RO_RES\DICT\ folder and try again.

So, I did like You suggest and I have a little progress.
Firstly, I still work with SK 613B-070818 file.
Secondly, I can't program PMP with "Program all" setting, still
1 devices Detected !
[Dev NO.Undefined]: Check ISP core -- SUCCESS --
[Dev NO.Undefined]: Judge burn size -- FAIL -- RSV Size = 38273024
[Dev NO.Undefined]: Program All -- FAIL --
[Dev NO.Undefined] -- FAIL --
FRM_RES_SIZE_BIGGER_ERROR(22) -- !
but I can program using :Burn selecting" setting.
After that my PMP can switch on every time and displaying KIORA logo on white screen. That's all.
I think, firmware doesn't pass exactly. Maybe is any chance to edit input file in hex editor ?
