Unhappy New RK27SDK won't show up on my Vista 64 bit

Hi,
I just got my new MP4 player and it's not showing up on my Vista 64 bit! My old MP4, that I had to send back, was recognized on my pc without a problem. I think this new one may be an upgrade but I'm not sure. I plugged it into another system that has XP on it and it was recognized instantly. When I try it on my pc it says that it's trying to install it but it doesn't have the proper drivers and that I need drivers for a 65 bit. It's practically the same player as the old one it just has a camera on it! It works fine without being connected, why won't it work with the pc? Please help! I don't know what to do. I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP! HELP...ME.....PLEASE! Anybody? Please?
