Help needed
 

Hello everybody.
My mp4 is dead... I just turn it on... i get the blue screen with the sand clock; and suddenly it turn to a blank (white) screen.
I tried pushing the buttons randomly, and I get a song. Then I turn it off; and when I turn it on I get the white screen again (whitout the sand clock).
My windows can browse on its folders, and the MP3 Player Frimware Upgrade Tool find it too.
I tried to use the Easychips 6.0 to identify the chipset and look for the proper frimware, but the program doesn´t recognize the player.
So, I dismantle the player, and I find this (see the attached pics)
The main chp is hard to read; I guess it says : hynix - KDH -HY27UU0BAG5M - BUJ8G50QC
The second chip says: AK1025 -7H024AB - 0HT
And the smallest one : SP376HN - 07CS36
The board says : JINBANG8201
And the screen says : XY-1 87BN-KM 01-09-14 (see attached)
I hope reinstalling firmware may fix it; I tried to find the firmware by myself, but I couldn´t... could anybody help me?

Maybe i´m breaking the forum´s rules "flooding" this thread, but i really need some help.
I still can´t find the firmware to test and try to fix my player.
I´m from Argentina and here this kind of things are expensive; so i can´t afford to buy a new one right now. And send the player to a specialized technician to repair it is ridiculous, the bill will be almost the price of a new one.
I REALLY need some help.

That means that your player is ActionChip-based!
We have a lot of firmwares for Action-based players,
just check the "Downloads" sections on this (new) site,
and Home (old, read-only) site.
