my new mp3/4/5 player is hanged at start screen

Hello..i just buy a mp3/4/5 player some days ago and
today i just add new songs and after some time a press restart button ... but after that ..my player hanged at welcome screen and even not conecting to the computer too . it can just retart but when i start it again..its hang on this screen . Here are the screen shot

hello there, hav a nice day. i need all of your help for my mp4 does not turn on, but the red indicator is on when i charge my player. what are the trouble like this? how can i repair it? please help me. my mp4 player is like this.

You can get help, but you need to know your -
CPU - looks like sunplus smpm503x. There all needful info on your chip
Board - letters on your board, they may be on front or back side of your mainboard
CameraID - somewhere near your camera (if you have camera)
If you will have this info, you can search here or google it and you'll find the solution.

hi@ evilmooner, here is some info to my mp4 player, the CPU is SUNPLUS SPMP 3052A-HL1710731
M175S04, that is where written in the big cheap ic, my mp4 is totally dead with no wonder cause, it is never been drop, pls help me, how can i repair it, thank you in advance...

It would be very helpful if you'll find board id.

my mp4 chines hang on start .. completely freeze ? what to do ? shall update of firmware will help out ? its 4th gen nano clone .
