Help identify player?

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me identify this player. When I connect it to a computer I can read and write to its memory, but it no longer functions in any other way - no screen activity, no response to any of the buttons, no sound. I have been using it to transfer files between computers, and I am afraid I have deleted all original files and menu structure. Do you think there is any chance of bringing it back to life as a player? Thanks for your help.

There is no brandname or writing on the player, but the computer identifies it as a "RockChip USBDISK USB Device".

Rockchip

It's Rockchip RK27xx based.
And the design of your unbranded player is quite common.
So, find the firmware for player that looks similar,
and then follow the recovery guide from this website.

Connect your player to your pc and see if a 60Mb firmware partition opens
If it does, then copy a set of 4 firmware folders from one of these downloads for a player that looks like yours and
then try to reboot the player:-

and Good Luck!
