"File not exist" when trying to play MP3's on 16GB touchscreen Anyka player

I have 16 gb touchscreen anyka player .. I download mp3 in my player If I play this mp3 say me the file is not exist why?

you are store totaly more than 2GB files on your player, the chance for faked memory are 99%
.. check your memory with my help site ..
