My pc recognise it, but dont turn on
 

Hi,

i have a MP4 Latte iVü 4gb, like this:

the problem is:

my player dont turn on, it remains with the screen turned off,
but my pc recognise it and the screen still yet turned off :confused:

anyone knows how to make my player turn on?
or can make clear to me that happens?
