My pc recognise it, but dont turn on

Hi,

i have a MP4 Latte iVü 4gb, like this:



the problem is:

my player dont turn on, it remains with the screen turned off,
but my pc recognise it and the screen still yet turned off

anyone knows how to make my player turn on?
or can make clear to me that happens?
