After updating firmware, screen works, but menu doesn't work

Hi, I've got a problem with the touch screen after I've updated the firmware. The screen works, but menu doesn't answer.
P.S Sorry for English, I'm Russian)

sorry - you have used a firmware that is NOT for your player - you will need to look around and try other firmware - not all players are the same even if they look the same
