this player showing hourglass on screen, and never boot on to full menu, windows is not recognize it,
as i found out it need firmware reinstall, but i cannot find it anyware
if anyone has it, plz uplod or giv me a link.

i manage to get it in device manager, but using utilities 5.11 only
and only get winusb device, not as adfu device, tryied dead player recovery guide, no luck
plzzzzzzzzzzzz help
