Default Itchee/Rizone 'Hello' death screen

Hello all.

Before you start any discussion of that type, I have searched and read all trheads concernin china's little wonder 'Rizone/Itchee media player' but i cant find any solutions to the hello problem. Lots of questions about this but no clear answer.

First of all what causes this problem?
Loadin it with more than 4GB? Bad usb cable that fails to charge it? Player going to sleep mode and never coming back to life? All of the 3 alternatives have been mentioned before.

And most importanly, isnt there ANY way to bring the d4mn player back to life? I Paid 27$ for it and for a 4gb player with the possibility to stick a tf card in it is a decent value for money. Actually i was much impressed when i first got the item and i tried it out. It had practical ways to keep track of your songs etc and nice feautures like settin star rating etc, nice speaker, clear sound, good screen quality. I just want it to go back to the very first moment i turned it on to do what sharebear stated in a popular post to get it to work.

So i am almost beggin anyone to help me ressurect this shieeet device lol.
But let me describe the problem again in case you dont know. What occured to me is the followin:
I received the item on Monday i check it out i get thrilled i start loadin music in it. At night i drag-dropped a directory with 6GB of mp3's to the music directory. I turn it off and i sleep. Lulz
The next day(yesterday) i wake up and i remember that the battery was flickin between 1 bar and no bars so i plug it in usb and i choose usb charge(no HELLO screen yet). After a while i check on it and it is saying 'HELLO'. What a nice kind device i thought to myself, but it has failed to proceed past the hello screen until now. I slide it on it says hello. I plug it in the usb, it is saying hello. Stuck there. Yup. Pretty dead.

Guys any help or reply will be greatly appreciated! I hope you will find me a way to get it back to normal.

Well i have gotten a full refund from my seller but I wanna make it work cuz i liked it so much. And so many people have had the exact same problem i can not belive noone has managed to come up with a solution to it yet..
What caused the hello screen?
A faulty usb cable or loadin more than 4GB in it?
Cuz if its the 1st one, if i get a motorola razor charger will it work? :O

If i take it to one of my electronic spe******ts friends and tell him to follow >>this<< will it come back to life?
