Default My Dead-on-Arrival MP3

Hi,

I ordered this mp3 player:
DealExtreme: $16.58 Fashionable Cross MP3 Player (1GB)

from dealextreme, and when I got it, it wouldn't turn on.

The switch is at "on" and no matter how much I press the "Play" button, it won't do anything.

BUT! As soon as I "plug it to the wall" it works like a charm, and the battery is reportedly (by the mp3) charged...

What is your take on this guys?!

Also, it says it has 4GB while there's a sticker outside saying 1GB, how do I give it the real size? I can't repartition it <<...

also I checked it has a 9.xx.xx FW...
