Anyka PMP 3631 - After upgrading firmware shows blue screen and words "Calibrate Fail

I am writing to tell my case
and ask for assistance.

I have a MP4 or PMP with touchscreen
Anyka chip AK3631LQ14402 - FS03J8
Samsung memory 910 - K9LB608UOM
with 4 GB capacity.
Board PHM808MBV 1.4

A few days ago I was blocking,

to update the firmware,
Follow the instructions in the manual
and the CD that came with the MP4
Thus:
I put the mp4
I pressed the volume button
I connected the mp4 with the USB cable to PC
Run the software BurtTool.exe
Anyka 2.1.1D software version
M3CHIP installed the drivers that come on CD
The whole procedure was OK.
But when you start the MP4 was the blue screen
with the words "... Failure ..... Recalibrate Calibrate !!!...
as the photo attached
And that blue screen, not out
not working ....
on connect to pc
flash-disk-drives not recognised
or displayed.
and the blue screen of the player
does not boot up or turn on.

If anyone of you I can
help solve the problem ....
Please, tell me what to do!!!

i got about the same player but at me dosen`t format it give me " fail to format " when i want to updat the firmware and now i can`t do anithing on it .. when i connect the usb the display it turns white and it remain ..
what i shoud do ?

i have the same mp5 with that button... i can't boot the bios..
