2gb mp3 shuffle clone only plays 20 songs and repeats
 

i just bought my 2gb mp3 shuffle clone..
i tested it in the shop and it was working..then when i got home.. put about 500 songs in it.. i disconnect it, play it.. then i recognized that it was only 20 songs played, and it only repeat and repeat.. afterwards i connect it in PC.. then look at my mp3 and it only has 120+ songs and only about 555mb.. and when i try to look the size of it, the used space of my mp3 is 1.20gb and the free size is 800+mb.. after that i try to play the songs of my mp3 player in the pc, the others are okay but the remaining of the 120+ songs are not playing.. it just only stops.. i have formatted it many times.. put songs with different computers.. but it just repeat and repeat the errors..

when i went in the shop to help me check my mp3 player, i said all my problems in my mp3.. the technician just said it was in the memory problem.. and they couldnt fix it..

i opened it i only see the chips..

Yes, it seems to be a memory issue and probably a result of hacked memory.
They should definitely replace the player for you since you've only just bought it! You should definitely complain to the shop about it and get a replacement. There should be laws against this, esp WARRANTY. When you get the replacement, get them to load a whole lot songs on there and test it. If you can't get a replacement, you can try some other things, but I thnk rather than spend too much time on it and possibly 'breaking' the player, try to get a replacement from the shop for it.

if i will go to the shop and complain for it.. the cost of the fare is expensive.. thats why im trying to fix it by my self....
is there a way to fix it to 2gb?.. can u help me step by step..

1 thing.. i try to copy 1 file that's size is 1.6gb and transfer it to my friend's computer.. it works..
it didnt corrupt..

the only thing that im confused is when i copy songs in to it and play it is, i only plays few songs.. and when i connect it in computer, the others song wil b permanently invisible, the remaining songs in it cannot be played...
