Rockusb=Ok but Firmware Upg? HLP

One day it closed when playing mp3 and not opened.when i connected it to usb,it said "new device found".i dont have any cd.

It was saying "welcome"and"goodbye" I found RK2608A driver and manage to show it to pc (windows xp). Now " +Class for rockusb devices -rockusb device " appeared.the green arrow is appears when connect to usb but didn't appears anything on My Computer(explorer).so i cant get enter in it.Ifound some firmwares and tried to update with consumerupdate but ı got this"Manufacturer of NAND Flash not be supported.".what should ı do now?I cant open it.no lights no signs of life...

Ifound lots of people getting the same error."Manufacturer of NAND Flash not be supported"while tring to flash it with consumerupdate.Is there anybody help us or is it the end of the story?
