Hi, i've got a problem with my MP3 player, i can't boot it i've got a black screen, can somebody help me ? Thank you

I have what looks like the exact same player I turned it on for the first time in about 3 weeks and it let me go to the system screen. I managed to find the software version before it whitescrened on me

Hope this helps in your search, i'm still trying to find the firmware i need. will try my 'chiPod' again later and have the firmware download software open at the same time so that I can try and get it off, reset then upload again.

It looks just like mine. Just do the camera and memory I have 16GB. According to the pictures I have the same. After switching stops at the Welcome and loading. Nothing more. Looking firmware, it would be helpful. But I can not find it anywhere. Please if anybody has the firmware for its imposition.
