Help! Newsmy Player won't turn on
 

Hi everyone!
I have a Newsmy ManMan A3 MP5 Player with Touch Sensitive Keys. I've been using it for a few months and it has been working great. But, one day when I try to turn the player on using the on/off switch, nothing happens, the screen remains blank.
This is what my player looks like: 8GB 3.0 Inch 16:9 Widescreen LRC Newsmy ManMan A3 MP5 with Touch Sensitive Keys.
Someone please help me, I don't know what's wrong with it.
I can still put files in it and take files out because when I plug it into my computer, the drive pops up. Usually when I plug the player into the computer using the USB cable, the screen lits up BUT now it just remains black.
Also when I try charging the player the battery image on the player doesn't appear, the screen just remains black. However, I know it isn't something wrong with the charger because my sister can charge her player using it.
I reformat the drive but it still doesn't work.

Somebody please help me!!! Also, I'm really bad with technical things so please explain to me how I can fix it.
Also, what's the firmware that everybody keep asking for?

BTW I can't open up my MP5 player either to see if something is wrong with it inside coz there's like no screws I can open.

Hi, someone please please help me. I want to recover my mp4 player. I already tried the reset button multiple times but it didn't work. Please help me.
