MP3 Player disk tool did not recognize my player

My Chinese MP4 player,was stuck on the welcome screen. I tried to using the MP3 Player disk tool in order to format it' but it is not recognize by it.
Is there a way to force USB discover of the player?
The player is as describe on this post: 2GB (labelled 32GB) 2.8" with 5mp cam, radio etc - MyMPx
