dead rizone 16GB mp4 player
 

HI!
I just purchased a new player from Hong Kong, everything seemed fine, I uploaded a song and then it started to update media library, but it stuck somewhere in two third(tha problem i resolved by resetting the player with a needle at the reset point and then it finished updateing player) next i put to charge player and it charged for a 14 hours and in the morning the player even couldnt switch on:mad:
Can enyone help with this problem?or its just broken and might try to get refund.
