Default help me with my mp4 rockchip!

hi everyone! i tell u my history...
my mp4 is a rockchip screen touch 8gb with cam
something like that: Pro Ebiz Pryus Electronics 8GB MP4 MP3 Player - MyMPx

i had downloaded a firmware that kills my mp4...
i read the tutorial to get the mp4 works and finally i had a initial screen... my mp4 works but the touch screen is desconfigured and i cant go into the calibration system for the same problem with the touch...

i used this firmware: new+HTC-039C-CAM-2.0V-7670-15-9325-080512

but i cant use the program: mp3player upgrade tools becouse i have the next message: "device not detected".

so i use refresh firmware 3.1.2.0 (program into the cd driver)
but now if i want to upgrade to another firmware have the next message:
"no middle file to update".

so i need help to get back my mp4 works perfectly just the problem i have is the screen touch...
my question is:
to fix this problem i need a firmware?
if i need a firmware how i can refresh to my mp4?

please help me all u can!!! i will post the results

thank you guys

You will need this guide to get your player into "Rock" update mode.

http://mympxplayer.org/recovery-guid...o28-df891.html

Then you will need to try different firmware for players that look like yours.

Try these:-

Good Luck!

Hello RaiC, i have a ROCKCHIP MP4, precisely a RK2606 based player with screen touch, cam, 2gb of internal memory and SD slot.
Is like the image you post and knob URL.

This firmware belongs to my ROCKCHIP MP4 and work excelent (i did the firmware upgrade with Rockchip_Consumer_Firmware_Update_v3.1.2.0 )
DCT+HTC-039+MV339+9325+照像.rar

i have some advices:
- rename the firmware file, to avoid the update tool fail, for example rename to: "DCT.rfw".
- before of all go to the recovery guide
- use a soft like ChipGenius to retrieve your CHIP MODEL (if u cant open your mp4 device).

GOOD LUCK!

You will need this guide to get your player into "Rock" update mode.

Download

You need to open up your player and do a "hard recovery"

good luck!
