Default Action ATJ2137n driver for windows

Can anyone help me, my player just died when I put a memory card in it. I identified the chip as atj2137 and have downloaded the firmware, flasher software and drivers but it is just not working. I press the right key and insert the usb connector but Windows 7 can't identify the player. If I press the up key while connecting the usb it will put up ATD tools but won't install the drivers. Anyone have success with flashing this player? let me know
