dead player need firmware plz

hi first of all I apologize that I do not speak good English so I'm using a translator
The problem is this my player (king of game BI-GM800) has stopped working I have proven algunso loading firmwares but without success (only one that I worked but I've proven buttons work) if someone has the firmware on my agareceria player Here I give them the photo to be guided

hola antes que nada pido disculpas por que no hablo bien ingles asi que estoy usando un traductor
el problema es el siguiente mi reproductor (king of game BI-GM800) ha dejado de funcionar he provado cargando algunso firmwares pero sin exito alguno (solo me funciono uno que he provado pero no me funcionan los botones ) si alguien tiene el firmware de mi reproductor les agareceria aca les dejo la foto para que se guien

thank you very much for the fimrware but I have now served my player turns on but no buttons work and the screen is alrevez agradesco anyway your help

To start boot mode you need to hold the ESC key while connecting the USB device

.

Maybe your computer does not work with the ESC key, try it with other buttons MP5.

is that I do understand if among the webcam mode and I successfully uploaded the firmware qeu em let me just do not work with my player but I now turn respond repdroductor buttons and the screen is inverted, in a nutshell this firmware does not help me but I thank you if you have one for this model. if it will help the chip is Sunplus spmp3052a-hl171 and to start the boot mode I have to push a button that is hidden within the board just below Headphone input

se ve que no me haz entendido si entre al modo webcam y he subido correctamente el firmware qeu em dejaste solo que no me funciona con mi reproductor ahora enciende pero no me responden los botones del repdroductor y la pantalla se ve invertida, en pocas palabras este firmware no me sirve pero te doy las gracias si tienes otro para este modelo .si sirve de ayuda el chip es sunplus spmp3052a-hl171 y Para iniciar el modo de arranque tengo que precionar un boton oculto que se encuentra dentro de la board justo debajo de la entrada de auricular

i've give you the right firmware you need to upload it whit frm pro if this firmware thas'nt work for you
please give me more info about your player

or try to flach your player with sunplus generale firmware it work for me

I have done work with the universal firmware but now I have a problem I do not go the games (emulated games. nes-, gb-.gbc) but now it does not stay the branded the player as I can do

acabo de hacerlo funcionar con el universal firmware pero ahora tengo un problema no me andan los juegos (emulaba juegos .nes-,gb-.gbc) pero ahora no lo hace se queda la tildado el reproductor como puedo hacer
