Firmware
1) Figure out what chip is inside your player (Rockchip/Actions/Sigmatel/etc.)
2) Use "Google Pictures", find the player which looks like yours,
and then try to find the firmware for this player with similar appearance
3) Follow the "Dead Player Recovery Guide": Dead Players
P.S. For 1): to do that, use the program (i.e. ChipGenius) or carefully disassemble your player -
there are some numbers and letters written on a chip.
After you've completed the 1), tell this information to us: it will be easier to help you.
